In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing managing all the departments on the site. We are looking for someone that is able to lead, manage, facilitate, connect, and build relationships with our plant personnel and the surrounding community.Role Responsibilities:- Promote a working environment where safety is the priority, lead all EHS related activities, comply with Federal, State and Corporate specific EHS policies and laws in order to contribute with the committed corporate safety targets.- Manage the operation by assigning and using resources (cash & profit), meeting corporate performance expectations, create an environment where performance is expected, understood, measured and rewarded according to operational and financial regional targets to contribute to the company's profitability.- Implement a Production Planning and Control system, manage daily performance and react to potential risk of missing deliveries based on customer's demand to assure orders are received, processed and delivered as expected.- Create, promote and boost a continuous improvement culture assure plant follows all strategic steps to show progress in adherence to the Donaldson Production System in order to be competitive contributing to company's profitability.- Knowledge of Quality, Safety and Environment policies - General knowledge of environmental legal requirements - Waste sortingMinimum Qualifications:- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics preferred, Chemical, Mechatronic).- +7 years as Operations, Engineering, Production Control or Manufacturing Manager in Metal Mechanic, Automotive, Industrial or Electronics Industry; Make to Order, Make to Stock or Engineering to Order Manufacturing.- +4 years as Plant Manager in Metal Mechanic, Automotive, Industrial or Electronics Industry; Make to Order, Make to Stock or Engineering to Order Manufacturing, over $30M in revenue.Preferred Qualifications:- Green or Black Belt certified desired.- Master Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Quality or Finance desired.Our policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race, gender, color, disability, national origin, age, religion, union affiliation, sexual orientation, veteran status, citizenship, gender identity and/or expression, or other status protected by law.
