Product, Product Management-Technical, CX&D) in the development of business requirements to achieve Product objectives- Drive the development of consistent product documentation (e.G., support documents) for internal and external customers and stakeholders- Ensure that the end user and customer experience is continuously optimized- Understand the product lifecycle and surface any barriers or obstacles to deliver capabilities on time and budget. Clearly articulates different pain points according to different type of billers/ segments of billers- Can clearly articulates the economics of the four-party model and the implication for the billers and the participants in the value chain
