RESPONSIBILITIES- Comprehensively grasp the context of features to efficiently deconstruct, devise, and refine user stories with development team members, defining both functional and non-functional requirements and criteria for user story acceptance- Conduct team ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and system demonstrations for the development team- Spearhead the timely, budget-conscious, and quality-compliant delivery of products as per the Product Management team's standards- Effectively relay progress and results to stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensuring alignment with company objectives- Aid in change management by supplying relevant context and information during shifts in project direction- Confirm and approve the team's outputs, ensuring compliance with the User Story Acceptance Criteria for feature approval- Prioritize tasks for the development team, integrating product feedback to optimize investment returns- Promptly pinpoint, communicate, and escalate risks and challenges, devising innovative solutions to ensure on-time project completion- Quickly identify and mitigate dependencies and obstacles to preserve project flow- Produce regular project status reports, emphasizing accomplishments, risks, forthcoming steps, and overall project or product health- Lead teams indirectly, ensuring accountability and adherence to deadlines in a cooperative manner- Develop, sustain, and enforce productive team workflows- Uphold precise tool maintenance to accurately reflect team efforts, including User Story management, team backlogs, and dashboards**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline- A minimum of 8 years of experience in roles such as a Delivery Manager or similar- Proven track record of managing sizable teams or projects with significant business impact- Involvement in at least 10 projects or the launch of 3+ products or significant product features to the market, including ongoing maintenance and customer support post-launch- Sharp analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail- Experience managing or collaborating with fully remote teams- Dynamic problem-solving skills, with a talent for quickly recognizing and addressing issues- Advanced proficiency in English, both in speaking and writingNICE TO HAVE- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence- Experience in enhancing customer experience or mapping customer journeys- Awareness of current industry trends and technological advancements in product managementWE OFFER- Career plan and real growth opportunities- Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions- International Mobility Plan within 25 countries- Constant training, mentoring, online corporate courses, eLearning and more- English classes with a certified teacher- Support for employee's initiatives (Algorithms club, toastmasters, agile club and more)- Enjoyable working environment (Gaming room, napping area, amenities, events, sport teams and more)- Flexible work schedule and dress code- Collaborate in a multicultural environment and share best practices from around the globe- Hired directly by EPAM & 100% under payroll- Law benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, 25% vacation bonus)- Major medical expenses insurance: Life, Major medical expenses with dental & visual coverage (for the employee and direct family members)- 13 % employee savings fund, capped to the law limit- Grocery coupons- 30 days December bonus- Employee Stock Purchase Plan- 12 vacations days plus 4 floating days- Official Mexican holidays, plus 5 extra holidays (Maundry Thursday and Friday, November 2nd, December 24th & 31st)- Monthly non-taxable amount for the electricity and internet bills
