**Director, Research Lab, Institute for the Future of Education**As part of its 2030 Vision, Tecnológico de Monterrey created the Institute for the Future of Education (IFE), to serve as one of the major centers of its kind in the world. With current strength of more than 110 researchers and staff, IFE provides an open platform for breakthrough research, innovation, and entrepreneurship that generates cutting-edge solutions to shape the future of higher education and lifelong learning, to improve the lives of millions of people around the world.Tecnológico de Monterrey presents an exciting opportunity for a Director for the Research Lab within the Institute for the Future of Education. The goal of the Research Lab (RL) is to generate ground-breaking interdisciplinary research to provide solutions to IFE's Grand Challenges. The Director will lead the Research Lab's four Research Groups (Competency-Based Education, Educational Technology, Engaging and Motivating Learning Models and Policy Governance and Systems). Each Research Group is comprised of world-leading senior research faculty, junior faculty members and postdoctoral research fellows.
