Together our teammates are unified by our values and are grounded in our vision to inspire you with performance solutions you never knew you needed but can't imagine living without.**Position Summary**:Secure long-term sustainable profitable growth in Mexico by adhering to the UA Brand Mission & Brand Values; improve profitability and organizational capability and efficiency; embed a performance culture of innovation, accountability, and unrivaled execution**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Leading the strategic direction, cross-functional execution and financial results for the wholesale business.- Responsible for multiple business relationships:- 20+ Customers: 4 Top Strategic Accounts: Innovasport, Liverpool, dportenis, Amazon.- 9+ Banners: Sporting Goods, Department stores, Ecomm Pure layers, Distributors, Catalogs, Teamwear, Family value, Field Accounts, Liquidation partners, etc.- 7+ Cities where customers are located that demands regular in-person visits: Mexico City, Monterrey, Mazatlán, Guadalajara, Culiacan, León, Puebla, Pachuca, etc.- 1,300+ doors nationwide- Develop the strategic plan (3YP) as part of the LATAM 3YP process.- Develop the strategic framework and business frameworks across Key Accounts.- To ensure the implementation and compliance on Trade Terms.- Set priorities and allocate resources accordingly to achieve annual business plan.- Focus on growing the brand and driving sales across all wholesale channels.- Build, develop and lead a top performing Team.- Cultivate robust partnerships with key local customers and other relevant external stakeholders.- Build the UA brand in a meaningful and cost-efficient way.- Establish and maintain trust and credibility with LATAM and International leadership Teammates- As a Commercial Office Country Lead (highest grade level in the country):- Executive visits: key point of contact and lead for visits of executives or other Global Teammates. Lead on agenda, program, presentation, responsible for meets & greets; close collaboration with key stakeholders.- Proper planning, cross-functional alignment and inclusive collaboration: long-term strategies, Pricing strategy, brand campaigns, Account marketing initiatives, product selection, Sell Out obsession, etc.- Provides commercial insights as to country trends, whenever required for planning purposes.- Legal Representative:- Working closely with UA Legal Team in order to deal as appropriate with local government bodies, vendors and other relations in a country as required by law, policy or business interest.- Signatory where appropriate (POA) including DTC openings/closing doors, landlord and leasing agreements, etc
