.Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:- Plan, build, and manage an adequate Sports Marketing portfolio of individual athletes, clubs and associations, supporting brand and category objectives.- Key Responsibilities:- Owns Market Sports Marketing plan in alignment with the Global Sports Marketing strategy (all categories along with Sports Marketing Category Managers in BUs), including activation and rights,to deliver the brand KPI´s- Manage and allocate marketing working budget across Business Units and Market sub-units in conjunction with the BU heads to deliver the brand strategy- Drive Global Brand Strategy execution through Market sub-unit Multi-Functional Sports Marketing "leads"to ensure correct execution in countries- Influence One LAM brand calendar and newsroom calendar by planning relevant ´moments of sports´ to maximize engagement of consumers with the adidas brand- Lead consumer-centric and service-based sports marketing culture and capability to make adidas the brand of choice for the best athletes in LAM- Create a compliance culture in sports marketing to ensure that all negotiations with assets are conducted with the highest standards in terms of compliance- Owns maintainance of all contracts in the global AMS system to ensure full visibility of LAM sports marketing assets- Influence Global portfolio planning with a focus on Football (federations, clubs, players, scounting to ensure LAM opportunities and key needs are being met- Influence high profile contract negotiations by providing expert negotiation advice and benchmarketing insights to ensure the right assets are being secured for adidas at an optimum price.- Drive activation of full set of rights of LAM sports marketing assets (through digital, social media, appearances etc..) to maximize consumer impacts and return of investments.- Profile & Experience:- Solid experience in management of clubs, federations and athletes- Activation of running platforms- Experience in brand activation and culture marketing.- Activations of partners, influencers, artists or festivals.- Advance English- Competencies:- Negotiation- Stakeholder Management- Leadership- Influencing- Managing RelationshipsAT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
