.Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThis individual will lead/be accountable for Watkins Wellness approach of process excellence and focused execution across the procurement life cycle (source to pay) of direct and indirect categories (raw materials, supplies, equipment, and services), NPI (New Product Introduction) and demand management activities in alignment with the company's business objectives.Oversees and drives TCP (total cost productivity) efforts. Accountable for driving low-cost country sourcing including leadership of remote teams in Vista, Mexico, China and India. Accountable for global supply chain risk management. Accountable for the timely implementation of ERP and other systems to support procurement best practices. Provides central leadership to other Watkins Wellness sourcing and procurement teams, including Sauna360 and Endless Pools. Accountable for representing Watkins Wellness in various Masco HQ leadership collaboration efforts. The position reports to the Sr. Director, Integrated Supply Chain.Leads Sourcing and Procurement Teams in all sourcing and procurement activities in support the production build plan for multi-plant manufacturing.Leads strategic sourcing and procurement activity in alignment with company goals and objectives.Leads, tracks, and publishes all TCP cost savings efforts along with the development and execution of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) critical to optimize savings and credit terms to enhance material cost and cash flow performance.Analyze the supply base with key operational partners and present alternate solutions that optimize business growth and improve business efficiencies including sourcing, supplier development, quality, delivery, and cost.Oversees raw material inventory management to ensure timely and efficient delivery of raw materials. Drives inventory optimization initiatives to ensure the business maintains balanced raw material inventory levels, while minimizing costs and meeting demand.Experiencia y requisitosQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ten years prior experience participating in the development and deployment of new business applications in the areas of sourcing, supplier management, contract management and project management.COMPUTER AND OTHER SKILLSProficient user in MS Office suite as well as Visio and Projects. Must be able to prepare reports, worksheets, charts, schedules, procedures, and other data as necessary. Knowledge of ERP systems
