Identify high-potential candidates who align with the company's needs and purpose Prepare and review the annual recruitment budget. Empower leadership to handle people-related challenges within the organization. Strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and ensuring the right talent is in place for critical roles. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Labor Relations or related field
