To support our global expansion, we are looking for a seasoned regional workplace leader.As part of the global Workplace and Real Estate team, you will lead workplace operations & growth across Latin America, based in our Mexico City office. You will be highly aligned with key stakeholders driving market growth and as a single senior leader for workplace engagement from strategy development through execution. You will stay highly aligned with global workplace functions for new market-building strategy, occupancy planning, space design/experience, and financial rigor. Your high attention to detail & ability to drive change across an organization will be key success factors.This role will report to Netflix's Global Head of Workplace & Real Estate.**Responsibilities**:- Deliver on an expanding regional workplace program that aligns with the needs of the region and global strategy.- Serve as the single senior leader in the region that will align all regional workplace functions in support of moving the business forward.- Stay highly aligned with the global leadership team driving design & construction, space & occupancy, and real estate strategies.- Continuously drive a one-team mentality with regional & global workplace leadership in support of moving Netflix forward; maintain overall alignment with global strategies and employee development in a matrixed reporting environment.- Lead workplace operations & experience leaders who oversee all building operations, a food & beverage program, transportation, shipping & receiving, events support, and employee moves.- Drive a service delivery model across all aspects of the workplace to create consistency across the portfolio that leverages our scale for procuring goods & services.- Build and lead an organization that ensures our real estate assets are able to support operations without business interruption
