We believe people are a keystone to creating meaningful technology.At Icalia we're looking for a **BUSINESS UNIT DIRECTOR **to join our Team.**REQUIREMENTS**:- **BACHELOR'S DEGREE: TECHNOLOGY, BUSINESS OR MANAGEMENT RELATED.**:- **ADVANCED ENGLISH.**:- **5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE ON IT PROJECTS (KNOWLEDGE IN FRAMEWORKS)**:- **KNOWLEDGE IN AGILE METHODOLOGIES AND SCRUM.**:- **VALID US VISA.****RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Establishes operational plans and strategies.- Risk mitigation to solve operational issues.- Defining and Redefining processes and procedures to improve the operation.- Leads the unit's operations staff with extensive knowledge of the services of the area and leadership.- Staff Allocation.- Supervises the daily activities of the different operations units. It ensures compliance with the delivery of services in quality and established time, generating customer satisfaction.
