Diverse minds that work cross- functionally and broadly together.About the roleThe main aim of the Business Resiliency Manager is to guide AstraZeneca's disaster recovery strategy, establish policies and procedures for disaster recovery and govern the agreed policies.**Key Accountabilities**:- Main point of contact for Business Resiliency and Disaster Recovery queries, acting as the technical owner developing a deep understanding of processes and internal regulations.- Responsible for supporting the delivery of all aspects of the Disaster Recovery Management Lifecycle.- Ownership of IT Disaster Recovery and lead the development by maintaining & improving the standard in accordance with service needs.- Working with customers across the business to support the completion and maintenance of Business Impact Assessments (BIAs), helping to provide clarity on their critical services and dependencies.- Report on Risk & Compliance and ensure key assurance reports are generated, to help in identifying major opportunities and threats to the business.- Tackle complex problems within a variety of improvement projects.- Ensure alignment with the Enterprise IT Disaster Recovery procedures and standards- Respond to changes in the external environment including legislation, technology and trends. Seek to introduce innovation in operational processes, systems and services to support future development.Essential Criteria- Disaster Recovery experience in a large corporate organization- Good understanding and approach to risk management- Excellent communication skills and be comfortable supporting collaborators at all levels- Great customer and supplier relationship management- An understanding and experience of leading projects and delivering them to time, quality and budget- Proven experience of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio- A dynamic approach and comfortable working in an agile environment- Comfortable making decisions sometimes with limited information- Multi-site, multi team experience- Be used to dealing effectively with multiple concurrent challenges on multiple sitesAt AstraZeneca, we're dedicated to being a Great Place to Work
