Necodex is looking for a multimedia graphic designer to join its growing team.**Responsibilities**: -Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience-Take a brief to grasp production teams needs and specifications-Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects- Provide digital and printed marketing material.-Work with the production team to provide the best solution for the marketing needs.-Request the raw material that might be needed for the design production.- Continuously review the ad campaigns and social media content to improve their results.Skills- Design trends knowledge.- Best design practices for social media mkt.- Photo manipulation and editing.- Advanced use of Photoshop and Illustrator.- Continuous update of different brands.WHAT WE OFFERSalary + CommissionsMayor Medical Health Insurance.3 PTO (Personal Time Off)days.12 day vacation period since day 1.Initial contract per project (6 months).Opportunity for advancement & growth in a rapidly expanding team.Mentorship, learning & education programs
