**Responsibilities**:- Supervise a team of risk operation analyst, manage customer complaints, develop effective communication to ensure appropriate policies, frameworks, trainings and controls exist that satisfies internal and external stakeholder's needs- Help resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and continually enhance dispute process with the issuing partners- Ensure continuity of the business and prepare Weekly/Monthly report in a timely manner- Lead Dispute Operation team and define goals, success metrics for the team members- Suggest UX improvements and assist in the resolution- Requirements:- A fast learner with 5-8 years of relevant working experience; - Expertise in working with products and business teams to unlock growth opportunities and managing financial crimes risk- Experienced in Risk, fraud and Operation Excellence- Experienced working in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment- Familiar with end-to-end product/engineering related processes and protocols, such as design and methodologies, life-cycle compliance/risk controls, compliance case management, etc.
