Description We are hiring a Pricing Specialist responsible for supporting the Dispute Resolution process within the Pricing & Contracts organization.
What you will be doing: Analyze and resolve pricing queries and credit disputes with the Americas distribution channel (dealer network).
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, customers, and dealers.
Review pricing contracts, quotes, reports, cost verification questions, specification guides, and marketing materials.Track and communicate resolved discrepancies.
Who you areRequired Skills and CompetenciesBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or similar.2 years minimum experience in similar capacity.Advanced English is a must.Preferred Skills and CompetenciesFamiliarity with SAP a plus.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.Strong customer service orientation.
Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Proven adaptability with a talent for managing time-sensitive tasks and shifting priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Self-motivated and team-oriented with a talent for innovation.
