Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:As a Dispute Specialist, you will provide internal and external customer support (e.G. technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.**This position reports to**:Sales Support Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Manages end to end case work within internal KPI´s / time frames.- Maintains a tracking process for disputes and pro-actively coordinates the resolution with the necessary functions to ensure payment by the customer.- Pro-actively communicates with customers and internal functions in order to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information.- Provides appropriate solution for customer claims, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the complaints and/or disputes and ensures containment actions, returns, credits and debits are processed.- Collects and archives documentation regarding the disputes within the target timeline and ensures all outcome actions are recorded and closed in the systems in scope of responsibility.- Analyzes trends within the claims process to highlight any repetitive failures to further support continuous improvement. Reviews and analyzes performance against standards and discuss improvement plans.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s degree in Administration, Financial, Economics or similar.- 1 year of experience in similar roles.- Knowledge of SAP - ERP (Empower Online - Customer Support OPS) and Excel (Pivot, Vlook).- Management of Salesforce.- Experience in disputes.- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.- Advanced English.**More about us**:
