**Job Summary**
You will report to the Supply Chain Manager Wego Mexico and will be direct responsible for:
Coordination of the distribution process, daily and direct handling the interaction and control of 3PL warehouses & inland transportation providers, by supervising the inventory control of the inbound & outbound processes (arrival & dispatch of products), executing the deliveries as per customers' purchase orders, and cost-effective selecting and supervising the proper transportation company from the qualified available pool of suppliers.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop and consolidate the relationship & proper two ways communication both with Wego's Logistics Department, our local Regional Prod.
Managers & customers, and 3PL Distribution partners.
- Manage, track, and continuously improve performance from 3PL (Warehouses & transportation) partners.
- Manage and control the proper & timely delivery of shipments' mandatory original documents (such as Invoices, advise notices, carta porte, etc.)
both to ensure full compliance with our customers' requests and government requirements.
- Manage and control inventories, product input/output, qty per pallet and lot details, damaged material, transfer orders, etc.
by implementing and tracking the required Distribution Key Performance Indexes (KPIs) and periodically performing related processes and operational audits.
- Gather and check all local expenses related to warehousing and trucking timely transferring duly supported invoices to the Admin.
Dept for its accounting processing and control.
- Closely communicate and collaborate with Wego Mexico Imports coordinator and accounting department to foster and facilitate the efficiency of the office operations.
- Continuously update KPIs charts and periodically prepare reports of the carried operations (such as No.
of processes, volume, payments, key issues, etc.
), keeping pertinent files and records in compliance with applicable governmental requirements.
- Periodically perform and communicate updated market intelligence toward active and prospect 3PL Distribution services providers.
**Qualifications**
- Capable, ambitious, and well-prepared professional, with solid managerial skills and problem solver attitude.
- Graduate: International Business, Trade or Logistics, Industrial Eng.
MBA a plus.
- Solid Bilingual Communicator (verbal & written): English - Spanish
- Self-entrepreneur behavior/ Self-motivated approach; Well organized
- Good communicator (with/ to Service Providers, company peers and Service Receivers (Regional Prods.
Mgrs and External clients) and well organized (real time track and proactive documentation tracking)
- Solid Team player, proven capacity to productive interact with piers & clients (internal & external).
- Desirable 5-8 Yr. experience in the coordination inland freights within Mexico, inventory controls and warehouse management; International exposure a BIG + Plus.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Window Office package (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)/Oracle ERP a plus.
- Proven experience in coordinating the distribution process, direct handling, supervision and controlling the daily operation & right performance of the 3PL warehouses and local transportation (trucking) partners.
- Clear understanding & practical knowledge of the Mexico´s inland transportation (trucking) companies as well as the "carta porte" requirements.
- Solid awareness of Mexico´s import and export processes searching, establishing, developing, and consolidating long term valuable, sustainable & productive relations, and partnerships with key 3PL service suppliers (warehouse, transportation, and related services companies).

- Bachelor's (preferred)
