Expeditors is headquartered in Seattle, Washington.Job Description**Scope of Position**:A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for all the activities associated with the management and execution of procedures in order to meet customer's expectations including but not limited to customer communication, customer inventories, shipping and receiving. The customer service representative is the key element to providing customer service to our customer as it is the cornerstone to our business.- Provide daily operational reports that are accurate and timely, (KPIs, Metrics, Customer scorecard, etc.)- Perform daily data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management within our Warehouse Management System, depending on customer requirements specified on the DLSOP.- Provide warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving, and to ship orders. Process in place and checklists need to be completed at all times.- Provide support to warehouse staff in performing Distribution operations, projects or research- Ensure that inventories are carried out for each customer as required, Provide OSD reports to all customer within 24 hours.- Proper follow up to any service oriented task, able to make proper decisions based on daily activities, ability to work under stress and on a fast paced environment.- Follow procedures adequately and maintain a high level of organization on your workstation, documents control and calendar- Scanning of all documentation relevant to their operation in proper form- Coordinate and communicate customer requirements to the warehouse teams, the CSR is the face of our company with the customer, positive attitude, professionalism and exceptional customer service skills are needed to fulfill this position.- Suggest and propose to the Operations Supervisor any potential enhancements to the operation, ideas and suggestions are always welcome.- Follow company policies at all times
