YOUR ROLE Control, analyze, and interpret transportation expenses, ensuring action plans are implemented to adhere to the established budget. Design, plan, and execute cost-saving improvement projects in the distribution process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the area's processes. Ensure the daily dispatch activities of the distribution team, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to corporate guidelines, with a maximum loading time of 48 hours from the order being on the docks, in line with company policies. Optimize distribution routes and analyze strategies for destination profitability. Coordinate changes in requested requirements with transportation providers according to business needs in costs and service. Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding transportation and product distribution by supervising vendors and tracking relevant legal documentation. Ensure resolution of findings in internal and external audits as required, through the monitoring, control, and efficiency of documented processes, to ensure Henkel's standards and continuous improvement.
