Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.**What you will learn and contribute to**Are you passionate about solving problems?As part of our team, you will:OTM Support- OTM location validation and correction for OB for the shipping point in scope- Frame rate analysis for Inbound and Outbound shipments and resolution coordination (obtain new rates, request cost re-calculation, request city mapping, etc)- Tier 1 query resolution for OTM, query monitoring and statistics on types of queries and numbers. Where needed TOCT create SNOW ticket and escalate to 2nd level (Business/IT)- Coordinate the creation/update of OTM ship-to location together with HCL team- User knowledge gaps- Guidance and coordination for complex transport scenarios (e.G. multileg)- Location purging of one-off addresses- Validation of ship condition (07, 08, 19 & 20) to ensure YZ partner is populated (Short term task until ER is in Production to automate)- Interim: support with SAP ship-to location clean-up and monitoring of the change successShipment monitoring- Monitor & detect shipping point exceptions (from transport planning, tender/booking through to loading/PGI) -> TBD- Monitor & detect exception from pickup to transport delivery that could impact on-time performance -> active shipment monitoring (BMC, POP, POD received in OTM and interim in the legacy systems)- Monitor and ensure contracted intervals & SLAs are met for agreed shipping points, Customs team & LSP- Monitor & detect exception from pickup to transport delivery for the Non-HWS and SCO returns. Provide advice on the LSP to be used, the shipment costs and LSP contact information.- In case of strategic risks (Ex.: West Coast port strikes, air freight capacity issues, etc.) which can impact the transport timeliness, ToCT will coordinate with the Distribution Managers to prioritize the shipments and find alternatives together with LSPs and Transport team.- Where green-light for the LSP to move the shipments is needed, TOCT will be in the communication loop by project managers/ order managers and will monitor shipment pick-up
