WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwideLearning programsOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet21.WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU: Supervise training and guidance to new hotels on AH distribution overview, other distribution channels, hotel pricing, and Tracking segmentation.Enrol new hotels with Accor mandatory tools, assist in new openings; create critical path, planning, and execution.Conduct TARS refresh training for existing operating hotels.Oversee the setup of TARS, enrol new hotels with approved OTA's, assist in RFP submissions, ensure proper content, rate description and availability of rate on all channels, as well the connectivity with GDS.Support with CRS/ PMS migration to other Accor tools.Conduct monthly audits for the visibility of the hotels on GDS, Consortia, and OTAs.Conduct monthly audit for the visibility of pricing for 405 days.Conduct rates and content audits on contracted OTA's, hotel brand websites, and GDS screens in terms of search criteria, rate sequencing, rate descriptions, and images.Consolidate monthly production of all consortia in order to identify top opportunities.Initiate GDS campaigns and check the visibility.Support with the challenges that hotels team have with TARS cases and reach to the right contact in Accor to solve the pending cases.Make sure all hotels are connected to ANAIS, CVENT, and other sales tools and the hotel team is well trained on the same.Activate shopping cards and upselling tools related to TARS. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Diploma in vocational hospitality, 4 – 5 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel.
