Distribution Operations Support Analyst

This position reports to the Logistics Control Tower Superintendent and provides support to the AirLife Distribution Centers and Customer Service teams. This position collaborates with Manufacturing, Distribution, Customer Service, and supply chain teams.Position qualifications:The specific minimum competencies needed to perform the essential duties of the job include knowledge, abilities, level of education, and experience in the logistics and distribution areas and successful performance.Knowledge:Possess a Growth Mindset - embraces challenges, seeks opportunities for growth, finds lessons and inspiration from others.Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft and data management tools.Experience across warehousing and logistics – Transportation, Distribution, and Trade Compliance.Remain calm and professional in stressful situations; experience in managing through ambiguity.Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, and flexible, enjoying working with a variety of staff.Cross-functional knowledge throughout the supply chain (manufacturing, distribution, planning, sourcing and supply, transportation).Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.Must be able to work independently and with limited direct supervision.Able to communicate effectively with different levels of the organization.Strong customer orientation and customer service delivery.Highest levels of personal and professional integrity.Multilingual (Spanish & English).Level of Experience:Analytical and communication skills.Knowledge of Excel (advanced level).Knowledge of ERP, WMS, TMS Business Warehouse preferred.APICS preferred.Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
