Job responsibilities
- Place purchase orders to SUBSIDIARIES (MTS/MTO) in the best terms of delivery time for the Industrial Marketing, High Voltage & OPGW BUs
- Timely monitoring of all POs placed (BL), ensuring compliance with the dates committed by subsidiaries in time to the port/border of entry into the country or agreed delivery point
- Ensure that we have the necessary and complete documentation to carry out imports in an expeditious manner, coordinating with AA the logístical issues and compliance with current COM EXT rules.
- Ensure delivery on time and cost established on the dates committed to clients within the national territory
- Release SOP DAILY report with updated delivery dates
- Preparation of reports at the end of the month, transits, dates of finished product and SCORE CARD
- Generation of OFA Analysis of materials considered for Stock of the different IC plants
- Maintain the RF inventory as temporary according to the policies defined by GCM and periodic debugging of the BL
- Ensure return of delivery-reception evidence from the end customer, in accordance with GCM policies
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree: Professional in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years in the area.
- Language: Intermediate English (required)
- Knowledge of Knowledge of international trade.
- Competences: Critical thinking, problem analysis, decision making, results oriented and negotiating, teamwork.
