.**What you'll do**:**Description**Responsible to manage and provide direction to a team of Field Applications Engineers that promote Eaton Bussmann electrical circuit protection products and solutions for existing customers while identifying new potential customers in his/her assigned region or area. Accountable to develop proposals and the assessment of customer needs to recommend appropriate products or solutions. In addition, the District Sales Engineer customizes strategies in order to meet customer requirements and specifications and provide technical support to his/her customers before, during, and after the sales cycle (troubleshooting, technical issues, field support, etc.). Responsible to review pricing and quoting for special projects and develop new strategies to growth market share in all new sectors where Bussmann specifies electrical solutions.Improve the current strategies and achieve objectives developing his team (co-workers).**Qualifications**:**Qualifications**a) Build effective business relationships with external customers.B) Lead negotiation efforts in prescribed agreements with regional distributors/channels.C) Obtain, keep and maintain customers' contact information (Purchasing, Engineering, MRO, etc).D) Identify new opportunities to grow Bussmann business in his region, while taking the advantage of the technology and resources provided to her/him, by the company.E) Review distributors inventory levels and suggests action plans.F) Provide support to internal customers to solve any issue related with the assigned accounts.G) Support distributors´ salesforce during visits to engineering firms, contractors, OEM´s, EPC´s, home constructors, MRO´s, and third party construction companies (offices, schools, malls, hospitals, etc.)h) Stablish effective communications with her/his Sales Team, providing guidance to meet the sales targets or objectives.I) Develop relationships with her/his with other Eaton divisions, to create more business opportunities and promote growth.J) Get Voice Of the Customer (VOC) feedback from end customers/users and distributors to contribute to the product roadmap process.K) Report out all the competitor's initiatives to support business/market intelligence.L) Follow up with her/his sales team on key projects in C360 CRM system. Stablish an MOS (Management Operating System) to review and update business opportunities in C360.M) Self-motivated to achieve sales targets every month.N) Work with her/his team to create a robust forecast while improving its accuracyo) Use the information and tools provided to stablish the strategy for business reviewp) Obtain, keep and maintain key customers' contact information (Managing, Purchasing, Planning, Operations, Staff, etc.).Q) Continue follow up of projects and back orders from distributors.R) Obtain, keep and maintain customers' contact information (Purchasing, Accounts payable, Warehouse, Planning, Operations, Staff, etc.)
