Responsible to take assignment on cost improvement projects (cip) and Npi implementation within Whd, including Nuevo Laredo, Mexicali and Montgomery Al plants.- Collaborate and provide support on significant Capex capacity increase investments as defined for Dme leaders- Tooling Design and equipment modifications- Full Project Management, with strong emphasis in communications and teamwork.- Support manufacturing team members on Water Heater Npi and Cip project teams, providing leadership and support in executing overall business objectives.- Develop Manufacturing process design skills, including a strong methodology, outstanding critical thinking, as well as a superb documents production for Engineering tools (prints, specs, calculations, flow chart, etc. )- Learn Rheem processes, Manufacturing equipment to improve occupational health and safety, produce Innovation, and material selection science.- Responsible to implement actions to support Rheem Quality Policy.
