Central Offices**Lear Corporation is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.As **_Divisional Materials Manager/Supply Chain _**you will be Responsible to implement operating systems that will elevate the operations to an optimal level in the following KPI's: On Time Delivery, Premium Freight, Zero Past Dues, Total Inventory, Obsolescence risk, Inventory Accuracy. Achieving all these metrics thru work standardization for the Materials Organization, continuous improvement and innovation initiatives that will eliminate risks for the Organization.**YOUR TASK WILL BE**- Supply Chain Management (Supply, Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, Warehouse, and others)- Optimization and Continuous Improvement for Supply Chain process- Experience on materials management, cost reduction initiatives, optimization of available volume based on forecast, minimization of handling and transport operations, among others.- Daily follow up on plant materials key metrics- Responsible for audit plants Compliance on SOX, FOA, CTPAT, OEA, 5S's Weekly Demand Analysis of volume change**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**- Bachelor's degree on Administrative or Engineering branch- 7+ years in a Managerial Role- APICS certification, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), IATF 16949, methodologies End to End- English Proficient Level
