Grow your career as a **DMC Technology Delivery Manager** within **Trisept Solutions**, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you'll be responsible for supporting and managing Amstar In-Destination technologies services for all destinations. Supporting the platforms, included but not limited to the services delivery, implementation, adoption, operational support, and continuous improvement, as well assisting on budget reporting and future growth.
**A successful DMC Technology Delivery Manager will**:
- Oversee the In-Destination Systems Portfolio section of the Amstar Portfolio across all destinations.
- Lead the technology services transition, implementation and continuous improvement of the services lifecycle included in the portfolio.
- Supervise the technology vendors relationship of the products assigned.
- Align with business, vendors and internal support teams maintaining a healthy environment of supported platforms with the right improvement requirements, delivery schedule and support tickets.
- In Charge of the delivery of Business-as-Usual technical evidence to the business Compliance Manager.
- In Charge of the technical handover of new In Destination platforms implementations to our multiple teams for operational support purposes.
- Represent the interests and priorities on assigned products with the different IT areas as IT operations, Security, Compliance and Engineering.
- Monitor the IT policies and procedures observance.
**A successful DMC Technology Delivery Manager will have**:
- 3 years of experience in companies related to tourism, ideally Destination Management Companies
- 5 years of IT and business work experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business segments. At least 3 years of experience as manager on technologies for multinational organizations.
