This diverse role will reside as part of the existing DMI team, working within the team to deliver improvements, efficiencies and standardization in project delivery and implementation. Close working with our Customer Success teams is also a must to ensure they have the relevant info to deal with site queries after the Go Live. The role will be split 50/50 as Implementation/Customer Support
You will be enthusiastic, reliable and be able to work well alone and as part of a team, delivering successful installations through to completion. You will be a clear communicator (both written and verbal) with good presentation skills.

**Job Specification**:
- You will work closely within the DMI team to deliver your projects and implementations to successful customer sign off.
- Work within our Implementations team
- Ensure a detailed training/commissioning plan is created and communicated to the customer after the site survey.
- Perform Site Surveys
- Install and implement our software solutions
- Train both high level and and low level users on how to set up and use the systems
- Support the overall team communicating their projects to customers.
- Work to create successful workflows with both customers and our colleagues delivering MIS services on the same projects
- Assist in systems commissioning alongside our electrical engineers to prove both software & hardware solutions are working correctly and as scoped.
- Work with our Customer Success teams to resolve issues reported by customers.
- Proactively engage with the team to continually review and recommend improvements.
- Provide regular feedback to the DMI team on recommended improvements or new opportunities.
- Ensure you and the team are always working in a safe manner, adhering to the customers and ePS' H&S rules and Risk Assessments.
**Other Requirements**:
- Clean Driving Licence
- Valid Passport & willingness to travel globally as well as deliver projects remotely
- This role carries a minimum travel requirement of 40-60% and sometimes more.
