**Tasks and Qualifications**:**The Role**Dematic/KION is looking for a DMS Administrator responsible for configuration changes and enhancements on DMS Systems globally.
As a Document Management Administrator, you will be responsible for key strategic projects in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) group within KION Group IT.
This role will help in configuring, maintaining, and supporting the KION DMS environment selection.
This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the document management capabilities, integrate with other systems based on the API solutions, configure, and ensure security policies are in place, and develop robust backup and restore procedures.
**Essential Roles and Responsibilities**To be successful in this role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:- Configure, install, and maintain the KION DMS system after selection.- Design, build, develop, and maintain DMS Systems and integrating them with other systems- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, optimize the environment for efficiency and health of the environment.- Work with other team members to help define, develop, and maintain API integrations to other environments like SAP, Configura or AutoCAD.- Ensure data security and compliance per KION standards.- Implement and manage the backup/restore procedures and best practices per the selected vendor
