It is also responsible for monitoring customer complaints. Likewise, support in the verification of the documentation used in BVI Mexico.**Requirements and responsibilities**- Making and releasing ECO´s- Administration of Customer Complaints, CAPA and QN´s- Support in the preparation of reports in the area of ??quality systems- Administration of training for administrative staff**Minimum education and experience required**- Engineering or related career.- Bilingual Spanish - English- Must have excellent PC/system skills and be computer literate with the ability to learn software programs eg- Microsoft Office and other databases (ERP systems)- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Knowledge of ISO 13485:2016- Knowledge in Document Control (one year)- Customer Complaint Management (one year)- Excellent communicationPuesto: Analista**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
