****YOUR ROLE**:- Provides occupational medicine, medical care and health consulting for employees- Provides workplace health promotion and health risk assessment regarding work processes, environment and raw materials- Develops, implements and evaluates health programs and projects in the respective area- Monitors compliance of health issues and legal health regulations- Ensures that all consumables used during procedures are correctly recorded and reported- Acts as key contact person regarding medical care / health topics for a defined area at Henkel Acts as site emergency physician- Develops and improves strategic, effective health system (global, regional, local) aligned with corp. health vision and regulations/law Leads the team in the area of responsibility- Steers health related projects- Supports audits in respective areas- Fulfills delegated responsibilities, incl.
occupational medicine, global health management, disability management, etc.- Prevents diseases and accidents caused due to professional occupation**YOUR SKILLS**:- 2 years of experience as Occupational Doctor in production/operations; - Occupational and Health Regulations and Laws knowledge; - Intermediate English.Henkel is an equal opportunity employer.
