Purpose Statement: A site-level position, providing direct support to drive Employees Health issues and direct support to drive all EHS initiatives as well.Key Job Accountabilities:- Compliance with laws and regulations of the medical service.- Medical examinations for occupationally exposed to risk agents at work.- Updating and developing the medical department procedures.- Employees' medical care.- Supervision of medical staff.- Accountable to execute on Plexus' Best People strategy, leaders will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning and ensuring that their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.Additional Accountabilities:- Purchase of drugs and supplies for the medical department.- Monthly health campaigns to promote preventive medicine.- Control and registration of women in gestation.- Monthly report of activities of the medical department.- Attention, monitoring and reporting of health staff in general.- Monthly report of activities of the medical department.- Canteen Hygiene audits supervision.- Wellness company program.- Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated 5%).- Additional duties as assigned.Education/Experience Qualifications:- A minimum of a Doctor titled with professional identity card is required; a Master's degree is preferred.- Two (2) years of related experience is required; Three (3) or more yearsof related experience is preferred.An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications:- Intermediate decision making and problem solving.- Discretion and knowledge of policies of privacy.- Ability and willingness to work in a matrix team environment.- Ability to manage multiple projects.- Ability to facilitate and lead meetings.- Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.) and internet-based systems.- General office equipment and materials.Work Environment:- The work setting should consist of an office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.- This document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform._
