Doctor

The Site Doctor is a required position to comply with mexican regulation to have a sanitary responsible person for the site. This position reports to the EHS site leader to comply with:- COFEPRIS sanitary responsible contact for the medical service on site- Responsible to maintain in compliance legal requirements of the Health Government Department at state and federal instances- Reporting and manage the Risk Premium for the IMSS (Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social)- Compliance to the Occupational health program- New hiring medical filter process for recruitment- Supervision and medical atention to the employees- Coordination of the Risk Assessment and Ergonmic evaluations- First medical atention to employees requiring a first aid or more serious injury evaluation.
