**What You Will Do**
- Advise, create, coordinate and control health programs and occupational health of the employees of the company through preventive programs, always focused in order to maintain and improve the health and fitness employees.
- Champion ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System)
- Regular tasks: Medical examinations for admission, and periodic / emergency care and medical consultation / prenatal / control medicine / preventive health programs (health campaigns)
- Ensure compliance with EHS&S legal requirements (Occupational Health)
- Performs health-monitoring exams to the associates who are exposed to hazardous material or work in hazardous areas (Eye, audiometric, spirometry, high pressure and drug tests, and Ergonomic etc.)
- Maintains records of the associates who have suffered a work related injury and completes accident forms for the Mexican Social Security and the Labor Department.
- Attention, Classification and Control Incident Reporting and illnesses.
Support to investigate the causes and establish preventive measures.
- Verifies on daily basis the cafeteria service of the Company related to their hygiene.
- Maintains the first aids kit well supply.
- Coordinate inventory Control of medicines
- Execute Daily, Weekly and Monthly medical reports related to the health of employees.
- Verifies the environmental conditions as well as potential risks of those areas where the associates perform their functions.
- Investigation of accidents and incidents in order to determine the causes and motives that generate accidents and incidents to mitigate them through problem solving and Yokoten (sharing knowledge).
- Develops in collaboration with other departments.
The yearly situational diagnose.
- Participates in Motivational, Social, Cultural and Recreational events.
- Executes a Daily, Weekly and Monthly medical reports.
- Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.

- Medical degree, required.
- 2-3 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of Health and safety Commission.
- Auditor in ISO 45001 & ISO 14001, Internal Auditor
- Knowledge of IATF16949
- English 70%.
