Our Information Management department is evolving to meet the needs of our growing business and we are expanding our presence in Mexico to support in obtaining the social license for an expanding project.We are looking for a Document Control Analyst person who has knowledge and experience in document control to identify, maintain and close the files generated by the social investment, for the execution of large linear projects related to the transportation of hydrocarbons through pipelines.**Responsibilities**:As Document Control Analyst we require a Bachelor's Degree, Administrative or Engineering degree with at least 3 years of verifiable experience in projects for the release of right of ways in the energy sector, with basic knowledge of the following legislation:- Generation of a forecast on the missing documentation and the regularization applicable to each case.- Update the documentary control database of each file.- Knowledge of the legal acts that the law indicates as applicable for the acquisition of the right of way (Usufruct, Purchase and Sale, Easements, Lease, etc.)- Strict compliance with document control policies and procedures established by the project.- Safeguarding of physical and electronic documentation generated by the Land area in a major project in accordance with the applicable internal procedure.- Control and follow up of the safeguarded and missing documentation of each file.- Handling of the right-of-way release process (Form for Calculation of Consideration and request for checks).- Loan control and forwarding of documents to the areas with which we interact.- Responsible for closing the file and delivery of documents to the operations department.Minimum qualifications- Academic formation and bachelor's degree in areas related to Environment, Ecology, Sustainability, Chemistry, and other areas related.- 3 years of experience.- Availability to change residence.- Excellent attitude, aptitude and interpersonal relations.- Knowledge of Microsoft office products.- Demonstrate collaboration, organization and planningPreferred qualifications- Intermediate English levelAbout our businessTC Energy is a leading energy infrastructure company in North America.
