Document Control Specialist

Responsibilities:Communicates and provides essential information to the Quality Systems Supervisor.Provides support to Scantibodies Group facilities to expedite labeling and document control activities.Establishes and maintains a configuration management system compliant with regulatory, quality, company, and customer (both internal and external) requirements.Creates, updates, and inactivates employee profiles in the quality system.High volume printing of requested labels.Inventory control, cycle count of the labeling location, material requests, and purchase orders for the labeling area.Collaborates with cross-functional departments to ensure timely implementation of change requisitions and change orders.Documents and generates in the quality system the approved templates for the labels of manufactured products at Scantibodies Group plants.Maintains files of officially recorded documents, archives, and labels documents for permanent storage in the vault.Communicates and coordinates needs with departments.Responsible for reviewing procedures and facilitating procedure updates in the assignment process.Minimum Requirements:High school certificate completed.Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality areas or similar, preferably focused on medical manufacturing product inspection, document control, and/or document translation from English to Spanish and vice versa.#J-18808-Ljbffr
