Document Control Specialist

**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Review, approval, distribution, and storage of QMS documents.
-Administration of Mexico documentation web directories.Maintain hard copy files of local documentation.Conduct training of relevant Quality QMS documents.Provide support for the development and maintenance of site documentation, procedures, work instructions, and templates.Work with team members to ensure proper maintenance and retention of all documents and records.Main Communication Window with HI-QMS.Monitoring of compliance with the Documentation Matrix.Follow-up on the implementation of Change Notifications with the responsible areas.Follow good manufacturing practices for documentation (GMP/ISO 13485)-Support regulatory, customer, internal, and notified body audits-Adhere to Company's safety rules-Support regulatory, customer, internal, and notified body audits

**Experiência y requisitos**
- Engineering degree -3 Years minimum experience with Doc.
Control in a Medical Device Manufacturing company-Knowledge in the following fields:oISO13485oInternal AuditsoExternal AuditsoDocument Control Management
