Document Control Supervisor

Position Summary
- Perform Document Change Control processes, including the receipt, management, approval, and issuance of controlled documents such as standard operating procedures, Visual Aids, Distributed Documents, etc.
- Work with authors, reviewers, and approvers in a positive and collaborative manner to ensure documents are routed, approved, and published in a timely manner.
- Scan and upload documents according to company procedure.
- Work closely with HR to ensure fluid motion of new/term employees are being captured in a timely manner on the training matrix.
- Facilitate and track controlled document distribution.

Education and/or Experience:

- 3 years experience in document management, archive management, or records management.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in life science or combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a PLUS
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency required. Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to read and fully understand both English and Spanish.
- US Visa, for HQ events, trainings, visits

This is a In Site position (Tijuana facilities), not a remote or wfh role.
