Document Control Supervisor

Position Summary- Perform Document Change Control processes, including the receipt, management, approval, and issuance of controlled documents such as standard operating procedures, Visual Aids, Distributed Documents, etc.- Work with authors, reviewers, and approvers in a positive and collaborative manner to ensure documents are routed, approved, and published in a timely manner.- Scan and upload documents according to company procedure.- Work closely with HR to ensure fluid motion of new/term employees are being captured in a timely manner on the training matrix.- Facilitate and track controlled document distribution.Education and/or Experience:- 3 years experience in document management, archive management, or records management.- Associate or Bachelor's degree in life science or combination of education and relevant work experience.- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a PLUS- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency required.
