Major tasks**:- Set up project folder structures in ProjectWise/File share/Sharepoint/SDx/IPEP- Manage drawing checkout and legacy drawing numbers- Support phase finalization of project documentation- Manage issuance of project content, including documents, packages, vendor data, correspondence with contractors and third party engineering, etc.- Perform the document control function for large projects, including document tracking, meta data management, etc.- Assure as-builting of project drawings- Support handover of project information at the end of a project,- Manage archival of project information- Support updates of project information management procedures- Admin support in other tasks that the Project Assurance team and/or Engineering team in Mexico may require.**2. Value Added**Support successful CAPEX project delivery with predictable results consistently at most favorable economics in a responsive, dynamic, and sustainable way for all plant sites of Covestro in the North America region.**3. Contribution Context**This position is required to support or participate in a wide range of decisions and activities. The line functions concerning the operational engineering and project delivery support services require a sound basis in document control concepts and process oriented skills.**4. Working Relations **.This position, which reports functionally to the Project Information Manager, interfaces with all functions involved in the delivery of CAPEX projects in Engineering North America, including project managers, venture managers, discipline leads, engineers and designers, cost controllers, schedulers, construction managers, group heads, the Knowledge Management and Training Expert, and the Quality Management System expert.**WHAT YOU OFFER
