We are currently seeking a **Document Controller **, reporting directly to Project Engineer to join our team based in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico.
**About the Job**Ensures that project documentation is properly captured, cataloged and controlled using project applied systems.
Prepares reports and fix identified problems.- Creates customer records and document numbers as required and prepare documents for transmittal to client according to project specific procedures- Controls all technical documentation related to department and project activities within contractual requirements and Company procedures (including confidentiality)- Handles and registers all outgoing and incoming transmittals according to project document control procedure- Participates in meetings, as required- Checks document and transmittal quality according to check list for document control- Manages supplier documentation- Collects information for reportsWe offer you not only a job, but an inspiring journey in a truly global environment where you team up to break down boundaries thanks to the innovation, creativity and pioneer spirit which drive our people.
