Position Name: Document Management Coordinator
Job description: Our office in Monterrey provides remote service to several Medical Offices in the United States. This role helps with verification of insurance, care gaps, claim creation, and document management while meeting operational and quality metrics.
Essential duties and responsibilities: Resource schedule (Locating/modifying patients and appointments using EMR)Patient profile management (Modifying/adding/reviewing patient's account information, progress notes, and encounters)Verification of well visitsIdentify patient's care gaps and communicate to clinicIdentify need of immunization recordsObtain/attach patient's immunization records using Immtrac portalInsurance verification (Read eligibility and benefits using EMR system and Web portals)Claim creation and processingICDs & CPTs verification in progress noteBasic knowledge on prices of services provided by companyOld patient balance evaluationEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to learn and practice company procedures, policies, and protocolsBilingual (English proficiency in grammar, spelling, and verbal skills to communicate with patient, provider, and staff in written documents)Customer ServiceIdentify and escalate priority issuesBe punctual and follow company's protocolsExperience: Prefer one-year work experience with knowledge of computer and medical terminologyLocation: Monterrey, N.L., MexicoAdditional information: Paid trainingProductivity bonus depending on compliance with productivity metricsSchedule: Monday-Friday 7am - 4pmMandatory legal benefits"Club Salud Familiar" Membership after 3 monthsThe Pediatric Associates Family of Companies is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
