Document Management Specialist

**SUMMARY**:- The Document Management Specialist provides support to Project Management teams in the Pre-Construction department.- This position is responsible for handling, processing, submitting, and keeping track of all supporting documentation involved in the design and permitting process as well as contacting vendors as needed in a fast-paced environment.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Write/Dispatch/Edit Purchase Orders- Process Invoices- Setup New Vendors to be included in PeopleSoft- Contact Vendors as needed- Create/Edit/Combine documents in PDF format- Use online systems to create/manage/verify permitting accounts- Fill in online forms for municipalities and vendors- Other duties as assigned, and as role and responsibilities evolve and change due to business, contracts, and regulatory needs**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's degree or GED. In administrative field- 3 years of experience in administrative field- Proven experience with data entry and attention to detail.- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.- Bilingual English/Spanish- Basic PeopleSoft experience.- Basic experience in supporting Pre-construction projects.
