PRIMARY FUNCTION: Manage and route documents received via fax server. The coordinator will analyze each document and route the document to the intended recipient based on the information provided, following specific instructions as outlined.

Maintain "logged in" status to fax server during working hoursAnalyze documents received to determine routing proceduresFollow Pediatric Associates Document Manager routing procedures, including timely processing of documentsCommunicate with office location via e-mail or phone to coordinate signatures for specific documentsIdentify time-sensitive documents and respond with urgencyMeet quality requirements as determinedMeet productivity standards as determinedPERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Location: Monterrey, N.L., Mexico
Language: Must be proficient in English and Spanish
Experience: 1 year minimum experience. Must be detail-oriented and able to read and identify a high-volume of various documents such as medical records, lab results, consultation notes, prescription refills, physician orders, and all other communication to PA received via fax server.
Typical Working Conditions: Working in a professional office environment. Clear and concise communication using e-mail and phone is necessary. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, type at 35 wpm, operate copier, and other office equipment as necessary.
