Job Summary
The Document Processor is responsible for accurate and timely production of mortgage closing documentation for purchases of Vacation Ownership Interests as well as documentation for Explorer purchases.
They are responsible for the verification of term sheets to ensure accuracy, process and review FICO scores (if applicable) to determine financial terms (if applicable) are accurately entered in the SUN system to produce documentation for purchaser to sign.
They are responsible for collection of deposits and escrow balancing on a daily basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains compliance with PCI, PII, CIS, etc.
Prepares contracts as submitted by on-site sales in accordance with business rules.
Enters and prepares contracts with an accuracy ratio of 95% or above Verifies accuracy of documents prior to shipping to the Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort.
Processes credit checks on new Purchasers Plans daily tasks in advance; demonstrates ability to prioritize effective use of time management; delegates tasks prioritizing by level of importance Maintains proficiency of the back-up contingency procedures.
Ensures the Pro-5 backup system updates are completed according to site schedule.
Maintains all escrow processing requirements.
Accurately processes and posts funds for VOI and Encore type contracts.
Audits file folders for end of day close and ensures all end of day close procedures are completedProvides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Performs opening and end of day closing procedures.
Attend all mandatory meetings, trainings, and actively participate in development and training opportunities.
Adhere to Department SOPs and Company policies.
Completes other duties as may be assigned by leadership

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in a deadline oriented environment.
Ability to be flexible and meet required deadlines in a multi-task environment.
Type 40+ words per minute
Ability to present information and ideas in a concise and organized manner.
Process and team orientated.
Intermediate Microsoft Office, proficient organization and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and exceptional effective communication.
1-2 years' experience in related work experience (i.e mortgage, banking or administrative operations) a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish-English) required.
