You will partner with other leaders in CIS and Experian, such as Operations Managers, Data Analysts, Quality Assurance Managers, Product Managers, Development Managers and Sales Leaders, under the oversight of the Regulatory, Governance and Documentation Manager to assess documentation needs, establish documentation goals, and develop appropriate documentation for existing, new and enhanced operational responsibilities.
The Documentation Analyst II will then deliver the documentation as planned.You must enjoy engagement with others on the team, provide input towards alternative and better ways to do things, with an ability to work as single contributor and collaboratively.
You have an ability to be creative while being attentive to details and follow processes through to task completion.ResponsibilitiesDevelop internal processes and documentation used to support development projects and the transition to production process.Develop, create and implement processes and procedures, and accompanying documentation.Plan, write and edit documentation, online help screens, policies and procedures, and other standard department communications.Interpret system requirements documents and translate the information into end-user documentation.Work with Education personnel, Systems Development personnel and other subject-matter experts to create documentation and reference materials.Analyze, assess, and document the impact of system changes and enhancements.Review current documentation format and propose modifications regarding organization and presentation.Perform analysis of documented processes and procedures and make modifications.QualificationsQualificationsData Knowledge: Strong data knowledge.Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours if required
