At SSOE, we have an exceptional commitment to providing employment and learning opportunities to our co-ops and interns with high-quality work assignments, hands-on technical training, the necessary experience to complete your degree, professional development, and special assistance provided to eligible program participants and the institutions they represent.
Our Student Co-op / Internship Program runs all year round, and we benefit greatly from our partnership with local ABET-accredited universities that neighbor our various offices. We employ an average of nearly 40 co-ops / interns at any given time, providing them with scholarship opportunities and, as they continue their career with SSOE, tuition reimbursement. We frequently utilize the program as a pipeline for our technical needs and have hired many past co-ops / interns for full-time employment.
