**Job Title: Donor Representative (Customer Service)**

**Responsibilities**:
- Serve donors and address their inquiries with care and professionalism.
- Accurately enter donor information into the system.
- Handle incoming calls while adhering to high-quality standards.
- Provide clear, accurate, and detailed information.
- Collect and evaluate all relevant details to resolve donor requests efficiently.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills—you excel at building connections.
- Confident and effective communicator who consistently receives positive feedback.
- Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with perfect spelling and grammar.
- Quick learner with strong computer skills (30+ WPM in a Windows environment).
- High emotional intelligence, able to stay calm under pressure.
- Strong commitment to schedule adherence and a stable career history.
**Qualifications**:
- Advanced or native-level English required.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with legal terms is a plus, but not mandatory.
**Available Shifts**:
- 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Sundays off)
- 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Sundays off)
**Salary**:
- $3,300 MXN weekly + bonuses
