Key Responsibilities: Organize the downstream flows within the manufacturing plant and improve the manufacturing SC performance. Responsible for running the Distribution Requirement Planning and the Manufacturing Production Scheduling. Ensure the update, quality, and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (e.G., Replenishment Lead Time, Quantity, Frequency, Stocking policy). Manage the team according to SPS / SIM rules and cycle events of the plant. Guarantee the operational update of the supply chain planning parameters (Lead Time, Quantity, Stocking policy). Design the organization of internal flows (physical and informational) according to SPS rules and update internal stock (kanban) parameters. Lead the Master Production Plan (MPP) process with the other functions. Supervise waiting queue management for the plant and implement queue management together with the methods engineer. Be the key user for the department's information system. Monitor and improve the downstream SC performance at the plant level, maintaining a continuous improvement approach for ISSR, BOL, OTD, Customer Lead Time, DIN/NIN FG, UHS. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Engineering, or related fields. Ability to analyze numbers, trends, and data to derive conclusions. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision. Proactive in seeking information, training, and resources for continual professional development. Ability to partner, influence, collaborate, and communicate across the enterprise. Independently solve problems and make decisions for strategic and tactical issues. Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in a complex organization.
