Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.**About the role**The **Analytics and Support Sr Specialist** is a pivotal coordination role, responsible to drive and execute DPM operational standards, governance, and routines across DPM. The person is responsible to partner and coordinate with all Program and Product Managers, ensuring alignment to department goals, objectives, and routines. Expertise in program planning, analytics, and management to support DPM is required, as well as the ability to manage and facilitate stakeholder communications, to ensure business alignment and objectives.This person is also responsible to lead analytics and reporting activities across all products in DPM. This includes ad-hoc analysis & develop recommendations per business need by leveraging research tools and other methods to ensure seamless adoption and execution to drive valuable insights and improved customer experiences.**Responsibilities**:**What you will be doing**- Facilitate consistent collaboration and routines across DPM products to ensure alignment to define standards and best practices to deliver seamless execution.- Organize the preparation of DPM business presentations and routines such as (Country Digital Reviews, Monthly Product Updates, Product Management Reviews, Investment Committee, among others).- Coordinates, manages**,** and facilitates stakeholder communications to ensure business alignment and objectives.- Develops, executes**,** and maintains DPM best practices, templates, tools, operating/framework models, documentation organization and archives, accountable for DPM shared repositories and defined assets.- Responsible to generate product performance metrics, DPM KPIs and consistent analysis across DPM, demonstrating a strong understanding of the business and products to determine the best method for achieving objectives in collaboration with Program and Product Managers.- Leads execution of benchmarking and digital analytics related to all products, leveraging Adobe business analytics for product and reports.- Drives ad-hoc analysis & develop recommendations per business need by leveraging research tools and other methods to ensure seamless adoption and execution, consistently across all DPM managed products.- Synthesizes information and data into a compelling business narratives.- Manages and tracks DPM governance, project and budget visibility and ensures to stay within agreed budgets and timelines
