As Regional Manager of Packaging Implementation in Mexico and Central America you will be responsible for developing projects for the different packaging of Ferrero products in the region through the management of a work team specialized in packaging development and innovation. Alignment with the global team will be key to the success of this role.**Main Responsibilities**:In this role, you will be responsible for developing packaging strategies considering structure, brand, cost and ensuring effectiveness aligned with global.You will develop and evaluate technical and economic feasibility studies that drive decisions considering plant/copacker requirements, market needs and Group objectives.Manage the development of technical and economic feasibility evaluations in compliance with the production guidelines, market and group objectives.You will have the opportunity to explore and adopt innovative packaging solution techniques.Develop a team of specialists, sharing the best strategies and techniques in the market to achieve local and global objectives.Provide support to the engineering and production team to ensure the evaluation of investments in automation and in the industrialization phase of the project.You will be a leader who motivates and helps the team develop skills to increase their professional value.Collaborate with the central design and purchasing department when exploring and validating alternative suppliers.**Who are we looking for?**:Min
